The Center for Maternal and Infant Health serves pregnant women, their families and medically fragile infants who are experiencing times of great challenge in their lives. Facing the reality of a problem in pregnancy, a worrisome prenatal diagnosis, a very sick newborn who will have special health care needs and sometimes even coping with the loss of a pregnancy or baby is not something that families should do by themselves. The Center’s compassionate and highly trained staff work with families in crisis each day – helping them learn how to navigate the health care system, understand their diagnosis and providing support each step of the way.
