Ordering 17P

Our website offers two ways for you to order 17P for your low-income patients. For your patients with Medicaid, please click on the  "Medicaid" option and complete your order. If your patient is uninsured or under-insured, please click on the "Uninsured" option and complete your order. You should receive a confirmation via email once your order has been placed.

Orders placed through this website should be received within 4 business days. If you have not received your order, you can contact Triangle Compound Pharmacy directly  at 919-858-0809. Select the "0" option and ask to speak with Joe or Danny. Their number toll free is 1-866-858-0809.

You will need a password in order to submit your order. If this is your first time placing an order through our website, please contact Sarah Verbiest at 919-843-7865 or sarahv@med.unc.edu for the password.

Does your patient have private insurance? You can order 17P from Triangle Compounding Pharmacy for that patient - or a local compounding pharmacy.
